BREVIS is an AI-powered newsletter management and summarization platform designed for legal professionals, venture capital firms, private equity firms, and other professionals. The Service aggregates, summarizes, and organizes newsletters to help you manage your professional reading more efficiently.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
BREVIS offers two subscription tiers:
New users receive a complimentary 15-day trial of the Premium plan. After the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to the Standard plan unless you select otherwise.
Billing occurs on the date you subscribe to the Service. Subsequent billing dates depend on your subscription plan. You authorize BREVIS to charge your payment method on file for all subscription fees.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned exclusively by BREVIS, its licensors, or other providers of such material. All rights are reserved globally.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Service or its content without explicit written permission from BREVIS.
BREVIS uses artificial intelligence to summarize newsletters. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should review original sources before relying on summarized content for critical decisions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at brevisapp.com/privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BREVIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if BREVIS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support at hello@brevisapp.com. BREVIS may terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for other business reasons, provided we give you 30 days' notice.
BREVIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
